Service Description

Sports Massage has a range of goals: improve flexibility and balance, enhance performance, prevent injury, recover after an event or workout, tone up for an event, or rehabilitate from injury.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel you massage 24 hours before your scheduled massage and there will not be a charge. The full amount of your massage service will be charged within the 24 hour period of your booking. This is done because I could have filled that spot with another client if given sufficient notice and work the RMT was committed to now has been left with a possible large booking space.
